We want to be your physical therapists!

Whether you’re hurt on the job, in an accident or as a weekend warrior, we’d love to help you get back in the game!

We specialize in Workers Compensation cases, but we also save time for general clinic hours and see sprains, strains, post-surgical and any movement related issue. Our therapists have specialty training in Pilates Rehab, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Manual Therapies, and Sports Rehab.

**We are phasing out of insurance-based care for non-workers compensation or auto/liability related cases in 2025. All new evaluations will be self-pay after March 1st unless approved by your therapist. You can utilize your HSA/FSA and our self-pay rates are ~50% lower than large hospital systems, especially important if you haven’t met your deductible. Some existing patients may be able to utilize their insurance coverage; please talk with your therapist. See our FAQ section for more on self pay vs insurance considerations.

FAQs

  • Our self pay rates are per session, no matter what procedures we utilize, so there will be no guessing or waiting for charges. If you do not typically meet or haven’t yet met your deductible, you can expect your per-visit charges to be about half of hospital or insurance-based care. If you’re utilizing Motor Vehicle Insurance or other accident related coverage, we invoice your policy on a per-visit basis.

    Per-Visit Pricing:

    Initial Evaluation (60 min): $120

    Quick Evaluation (30 min): $85

    Follow Up (60/45/30 min): $110/$85/$65

  • We do not bill Medicare and have opted out of Medicare reimbursement programs. You can utilize our usual self-pay rates if you choose to do so.

    • acute neurological events (stroke, TBI, etc) until they are appropriate for a gym-based rehab & exercise program

    • cardiac rehab (this is it’s own discipline and is offered in hospitals)

  • You have the right to choose your care in almost all cases with the following exceptions in Minnesota:

    Managed care plans

If the employer has a certified managed care plan, the worker may need to choose a doctor from that network.

    Collective bargaining agreements

If the worker's contract includes a list of pre-approved doctors, the employer may require the worker to see one of those doctors.

    Injured worker rights

Injured workers can choose their own doctor within 60 days of the injury.  After 60 days, the worker can change doctors if they have a breakdown in communication, loss of faith in the doctor, or lack of improvement.

The worker can also seek treatment from a doctor outside of the managed care plan if they have previously treated the worker.
